Inside, the open living and dining area is flooded with natural light and anchored by a plush sectional and huge smart TV, perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, and everything you need for memorable family meals.

Guests have full access to the entire home (except for locked owner closets), private decks, and all outdoor amenities.

This is a new home with high-end furnishings and artistic touches throughout — designed for guests who appreciate style and comfort. While you’re close to all the action, the home is located in a quiet, family-friendly community with limited noise and no public beach crowds.

The house features multiple staircases, with the main living spaces located on the second and third floors. The ground floor is dedicated to the garage and storage area.

Additional rules
-The primary guest must be at least 30 years old to book.

-Guests must sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking.The agreement includes HOA rules and listing details and will be sent via DocuSign after booking.

-All guests must follow Galveston’s Good Neighbor Policy. No illegal activity is permitted.Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

-No pets are allowed.

-The driveway fits up to 4 mid-size vehicles. Overflow parking is available at the neighborhood cul-de-sac. Per HOA rules, parking is not allowed on the street, empty lots, neighbors’ driveways, or property. Violators may be towed.
