Guest access
Guests will receive the instructions for their stay a few days before their arrival. Guests have access to the whole property, except for the owner’s closets.

Other things to note
Please note that our property features multiple levels with stairs. The ground level consists of a garage area. The living room and bedrooms are located on the second and third floors respectively.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of cancelling their stay for any reason. As a small business, we are unable to act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund.
