Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo, excluding the owners closet in the hallway.

Access to Pointe West Resort amenities (pools, gym, hot tubs, game room, etc.) requires the purchase of a wristband pass. Wristbands are optional; however, they are required if you wish to use any of the resort amenities.

Wristbands are $25 per person (for guests age 4 and up) and are valid year-round for the duration of your stay. Please note that wristbands are non-refundable.

Guests must provide their email address and phone number upon booking, which will be shared with the Pointe West front desk. Approximately 30 days prior to check-in, the front desk will send an invoice with a link to purchase wristbands in advance—this is the most convenient option.

Wristbands may also be purchased in person; however, this can only be done during front desk office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), which are more limited than the amenity access hours.
